A band of Long Beach rag-tag punks goes from playing backyard parties and selling cassettes out of the trunks of their cars to creating an entirely new and revolutionary blend of music. They brought together a community of reggae, tattooed-punks, Rastafarians, surfers, Chicanos, hip-hoppers and others, defining an entire era and lifestyle that lives on – over 30 years later – and stronger than ever!
